The World Health Day is celebrated on 7 th April every year with sponsorship of World Health organisation since 1950. Every year there is a theme. This year with the COVID-19 pandemic the theme is “ Its time to build a fairer and healthier world” Since it has been noticed since the pandemic that some people have better access to health facilities than some other people.
It’s advisable to develop healthy lifestyle
1. Eat healthy well balanced nutritious diet
2 Have a sound sleep
3. Exercise regularly for atleast 30 mins.
4. Avoid overindulgence.
